Returns & Cancellation Policy

   • Return of products will only be accepted if the delivered product is defective. Leniwand prioritizes customer satisfaction and ensures that only faulty products are eligible for return or replacement.
2. Notification Period:
   • Customers must inform contact@leniwand.com about the return or replacement of any product within 7 days from the delivery date. This ensures prompt processing of requests and timely resolution of issues.
3. Condition of the Product:
   • The product should be in unused condition and with its original packaging intact. This helps maintain the quality and resale value of the item.
4. Refund Process:
   • Upon receiving the returned product, Leniwand will issue a refund to the customer within 7 working days. Refunds are subject to meeting the above terms and conditions to ensure fairness and transparency in the process.
5. Replacement Option:
   • In case of a defective product, customers have the option for replacement within 7 days of purchase. This can be facilitated either through self-ship or by coordinating with Leniwand’s customer service for return or replacement arrangements. 1. Cancellation Policy:
   • Order cancellations will be accepted only if requested before the product is shipped or 24-48 hours after placing the order (whichever is earlier). Once the product has been shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
